Location
The hotel is located on the south coast of the island, between
Arguineguin and Puerto Rico, Gran Canaria, Canary Islands.
Planning
The living space on 80 square meters divided up: bedroom, living room
with kitchen, bathroom. About 30 square meters terrace.

Dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, complete kitchen equipment,
bathroom in marble with two hand basins, shower, bidet and water closet,
whirlpool bath in the bedroom. Stereo equipment with CD player and two TV
sets, two telephones, Internet connection.
Parking
There is a big car park for hotel guests and their visitors.
Others
Apartment for 2 to 4 persons (maximum 4 adults + 1 child). Club Monte
Anfi is one of the four Time Share hotels located in the same complex.
There are many warmed pools, shopping centre, bars and restaurants. Own
sandy beach with sand from the West Indies (the only white beach on the
entire island), park, marina, tennis court, etc. Full activity schedule
each day, if one so desires. Very child-friendly.
Exchange days: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
Floating week in super-red season makes the system very flexible.
Connected to Interval International exchange program.
